Some people choose Reflexology for it’s calming and relaxing effects, to help them through a stressful or emotional time. Some want to find a gentle way to care for their body and mind, which can sit alongside any medical treatment they are receiving.
However you come to Reflexology, we will tailor the session to support your individual needs. Most people find Reflexology deeply restful and after a treatment their body feels relaxed and their mind feels calmer.
I work across the Mid Devon area, offering treatments in your own home, where you can relax and rebalance in the way that best suits you. I bring everything we need, including a comfortable reclining chair. You only need to provide a peaceful space and a cosy blanket!
Appointments are 1hr 15 min in duration and cost between £40 and £45, depending on your location. You are welcome to drop me a message with your rough location and I will let you know the cost and any specific days of the week which I work in your area.
